Those sound fantastic. I never really thought about Sugar Plums being a treat like this ....... that is how I refer to Italian Prune Plums. I married a German and they are all about Zwetschgen or Sugar Plums....... they are so sweet to bake with........ When they come into season I have to get like 45 lbs and freeze them and that does not count the ones I use right away YIKES!!! i am for sure going to make these little babies!!! And I did find a Nutcracker that I liked and did not look cheap. I put them in their stockings. They played with them for some time before they even opened gifts!!!!
