Just came across your cake on Pinterest... I absolutely LOVE this! I'm planning to take the TCRG exam in the next year or so, and I wish someone would make me this cake when I pass! I don't know which would be better... the certificate or the cake :) Also, my first school dress (Butler School of Irish Dance) had that swan embroidered on it. I've never loved a cake more in my life! Beautiful work. Also, I'll be featuring it on my blog very soon :)
